Users are solely responsible for independently verifying all relevant information, documents, terms, and conditions before making any payment or entering into a transaction.

Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the platform will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
